Health and Safety Manager

Salary: From £35,000.00 per annum (Depending on experience) 

Location: B19, Birmingham, UK 

Requirements: A Full UK Driving License, with access to a vehicle during working hours.

• Training & Safety Culture 

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Health & Safety legislation knowledge and practitioner experience.
• NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum.
• CMIOSH chartered status desirable.
• Level 3/4 Certificate in Fire Safety Risk Assessment (IFE/IFSM) 
• Asbestos & Legionella Awareness
• IOSH Safety Management & Building Safety Act Training

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and hands-on Health and Safety Manager to oversee health and safety across a commercial property portfolio. This role requires strong technical knowledge combined with a practical, action-oriented approach.
