Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) – Elderly Care | Agency Work

📍 Location: Melksham
🕒 Contract: Agency / Temporary / Flexible shifts
💷 Pay: Excellent hourly rates (weekly pay available)

We are recruiting experienced HCAs to support elderly residents in care homes and nursing homes across Melksham.

The Role:

• Provide personal care to elderly residents

• Support mobility, nutrition, and daily living

• Promote dignity, comfort, and independence

• Monitor and report changes in condition

• Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

• Previous HCA experience in elderly care

• Compassionate and professional approach

• Flexible availability for shifts

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Right to work in the UK
