About This Role
We are supporting a young man in his mid 20s who lives at home with his parents in Stockport. He enjoys singing nursery rhymes, listening to music, receiving massages, using his soft mirror, and spending time on his iPad.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide support across night shifts, assisting with his daily living needs, including personal care, mobility requirements, and clinical care. You will also support him in engaging with and enjoying his hobbies and interests, helping to promote independence, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
During night shifts, you will be responsible for close monitoring and repositioning him every two hours to ensure his comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night.
Due to his complex care needs, you must remain highly vigilant, attentive, and able to always respond promptly and effectively.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience or exposure supporting individuals with complex clinical needs is essential.
The specific clinical competencies required to support our client are:

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
