We’re looking for caring and reliable Female Healthcare Assistants to support a bright and independent teenage girl with a fun-loving and outgoing personality.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support while helping her enjoy her daily routines and interests. You’ll also play an important role in supporting her clinical care needs, remaining attentive to her wellbeing and responding appropriately when support is required. She enjoys spending time with friends, baking, listening to music and relaxing with a bubble bath.

Your Role as a Female Healthcare Assistant 

✔ Support participation in community activities and social outings
✔ Administer medication safely and in line with the care plan
✔ Provide personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
✔ Support nutrition and hydration needs
✔ Promote independence, wellbeing and quality of life
✔ Monitor and respond appropriately to health and clinical care need
 

What You'll Need

Minimum of 3 months’ hands-on care experience
Experience and confidence in medication administration
Confident providing personal care and moving & handling support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Caring, reliable and committed to providing person-centred care Important
