Providing accommodation for up to 17 residents, the home offers a personalised approach to care, enabling staff to build meaningful relationships with residents and deliver truly person-centred support. The RoleAs a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
- Support residents with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in activities.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for residents and visitors.
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- £13.00 per hour.
