The Role
As a Temporary Healthcare Assistant, you’ll work across a variety of care settings, including care homes, supported living environments, and residential services. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the individuals you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support individuals in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in daily activities.
• Implement and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months' practical experience in the UK social care sector.

• A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different care environments.
• A driving license is advantageous, as some services may require travel.
