Salary: £38,000–£48,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 08:00–16:00

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Heating or Heat Pump Service Engineer to take ownership of servicing, maintenance, fault finding and breakdown support for our growing portfolio of renewable heating systems. This is a field-based role where you'll diagnose faults, carry out planned servicing, complete repairs and optimise system performance, ensuring customers' heating systems operate safely, reliably and efficiently. You'll work closely with our installation, design and operations teams, providing valuable technical feedback to continually improve the quality of our installations and customer experience.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining air source heat pump systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with domestic heating systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders and heating controls
- Good understanding of hydronic heating systems, weather compensation and system optimisation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with ground source heat pump systems
- Experience servicing or installing solar thermal systems
- Level 2 or 3 Plumbing & Heating qualification
- G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Water Regulations certificate
- Manufacturer heat pump training (Stiebel Eltron, Samsung, or similar)
- F-Gas qualification (where applicable)
- Relevant electrical qualifications or competence
