A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised, confident and personable Helpdesk Coordinator to join a leading company based in Tadworth.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, providing excellent customer service and coordinating engineers effectively. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and clients while managing the day-to-day administration that keeps the helpdesk operating efficiently.

The Role
As Helpdesk Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing engineers’ daily schedules, covering both reactive and preventative maintenance
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients, handling telephone calls, emails and general queries
- Managing engineers’ diaries and allocating jobs efficiently
- Completing general administration, including reviewing reports, filing and ordering parts through the internal system
- Uploading and allocating documents to online systems, ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date
- Preparing paperwork and documentation for site audits
- Assisting with expense forms and managing holiday and sickness records
- Coordinating vehicle issues and arranging servicing and maintenance bookings
- Liaising with engineers, customers and internal teams to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Providing general support to the wider team as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ideally experienced in a helpdesk, scheduling, coordination or similar administrative role — although this isn’t essential
- Confident, polite and professional, with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- IT literate and comfortable using computer-based systems
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner
- A team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Educated to GCSE level, with grades C or above
- A driver with a full driving licence
