Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver (Free Moffett Training Included)

Location: Derby (DE24)

Pay: £18.00 per hour + weekly pay

Shift: Monday to Friday (Days, starts between 05:00 – 08:00)

JT Recruit are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver to join a well-established transport operation in Alvaston, Derby (DE24). No Moffett experience? No problem—full Moffett training and qualification will be fully funded for the right candidate.

What the Role Involves:

• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring loads are secure.

• General trunking and site deliveries across the region.

• Standard day shifts with start times ranging between 05:00 and 08:00.

• Occasional nights out depending on route demands (paid with full allowance).

What You Need:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.

• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.

• Prior Moffett experience is a bonus, but not essential—we welcome applications from standard Class 1 drivers looking to learn.

• A professional attitude and good knowledge of driver hours.
