HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Nights / Tramping 

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Pay: £14.72 – £20.73 per hour
Night Out Allowance: £42.20
Start Times: 20:00 – 22:00

CDS Labour are recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a busy transport operation based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

We're looking for experienced drivers for night runs and tramping work, using refrigerated trailers.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.72 – £20.73 per hour
• £42.20 night-out allowance
• Overtime paid after 10 hours
• Minimum 8 hours paid
• Safe Driving Scheme bonus every 3 months
• Regular full-time work
• Extra days can be arranged if wanted

Shifts

Main working pattern is Sunday to Wednesday, with options including:

• 4 on / 4 off
• 4 on / 3 off
• Night shifts / tramping
• Start times between 20:00 and 22:00
• Additional days available if required

The Job

You'll be driving HGV Class 1 vehicles with refrigerated trailers, completing deliveries safely and on time while following drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations.

What You Need

• Valid HGV Class 1 / C+E Licence
• Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience in the UK
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tacho Card
• Maximum 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and WTD regulations
