Hgv Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Driver.

Our client operates from two sites Corby & Moulton Park Northampton.

Regular On going work – Mainly looking for weekends.

We currently require HGV drivers for AM & PM shifts.

Start times can range from 04.00 – 09.00 on days.

Evenings can range from 16.00 – 19.00.

The work is generally assisting with deliveries within the network to designated customers (General Haulage on pallets of cardboard and timber)

-Palletised goods with Forklift on and forklift off.

-Will also be 4hr Induction / assessment before starting – Paid after at least 10 shifts

You will be driving curtain sided vehicles and be responsible for the load and ensure it is strapped and secure.

For your safety they have in cab cameras.

Typically, they do 2 – 3 deliveries per day and the odd collection.

Shifts can vary from 10 – 12 hrs.

Days    £17.50 per hr + Holiday 

Nights £18.50 per hr + Holiday 

Saturday £18.50 per hr + Holiday

Sunday £20.00 per hr + Holiday

To apply you must have held your licence for a minimum of 12 months.
