The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio, delivering an exceptional service to residents and clients while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and all statutory obligations are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors.
Coordinating maintenance and repair works, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Arranging property inspections and following up on any required actions.
Managing budgets, service charge expenditure and contractor invoices.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety and property legislation.
Handling resident enquiries and resolving issues professionally and effectively.
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a first-class property management service.

About You

Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to build a long-term career within residential property management.

You'll ideally have:

Experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
A genuine desire to progress your career into a fully-fledged Property Manager role if you're currently at Assistant level.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
Good knowledge of residential property management and relevant legislation (desirable).
A full UK driving licence (preferred).
