Are you an experienced Director of Property Services looking for your next interim challenge?

We're working with a well-respected Housing Association to recruit an Interim Director of Property Services for an initial 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation, providing strategic leadership across Property Services while supporting the business through an important period of transition.

Reporting to the Executive Team, you'll lead the strategic and operational delivery of Property Services, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to customers while providing strong leadership to the team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership across Property Services.

• Overseeing repairs, maintenance, planned investment and compliance.

• Supporting and developing the Property Services team.

• Driving service improvement and operational performance.

• Working closely with the Executive Team and Board where required.

• Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance is maintained.

• Providing stability and leadership during the interim period.

We're keen to hear from experienced Property Services leaders who have:

• Previous experience operating at Director or Head of Property Services level.

• Strong knowledge of social housing asset management, repairs and compliance.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• A proven track record of delivering high-performing customer-focused services.

• Experience managing organisational change and driving continuous improvement.

• Initial 6-month interim contract
