Hgv Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy and well-established Builders Merchant based in Challow.

The Role

You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of building materials to commercial and residential sites, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

HGV Class 2 Driver  - Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
• Using HIAB equipment to safely load and unload building materials
• Completing deliveries efficiently and to schedule
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and following all health & safety procedures
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service on site

HGV Class 2 Driver  - Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Previous builders merchant or delivery experience preferred
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
