This is a permanent opportunity offering a mix of driving and operational work, with projects taking place nationwide. You'll work as part of a rotating 5 days over 7 shift pattern and should be comfortable with regular nights out when required.

Pay Rates

Deployed Rates

• £15.50 - £17.00 per hour (Monday 6:00am to Saturday 6:00am)
• £19.00 - £21.00 per hour (Saturday 6:00am to Monday 6:00am)

Rates dependent on skills and experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Driving a Class 2 HGV vehicle in compliance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Completing daily vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate records
• Working safely and professionally on industrial and energy plant sites across the UK
• Supporting operational teams and client requirements as needed
• Staying away from home on planned nights out as project requirements dictate
• Working a flexible rotating 5 days over 7 schedule, including weekends as required
• Assisting with general yard duties and vehicle preparation during quieter operational periods
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tacho Card
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
• Willingness to complete regular nights out
• Ability to work a rotating 5 days over 7 shift pattern
• Positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist with yard-based tasks when required
• No IN, DD or DR licence endorsements
