We are currently recruiting a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy and expanding commercial vehicle workshop in Luton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a high-earning role with structured shifts, ongoing training and genuine long-term progression. You’ll be working in a modern workshop alongside a professional team, carrying out a varied mix of servicing, diagnostics and repair work.

What you’ll be doing

• Service, maintain and repair HGVs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
• Carry out inspections, safety checks and MOT preparation
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify complex issues
• Complete workshop paperwork accurately and efficiently

What we’re looking for

• Level 3 qualification in HGV / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (essential)
• Previous commercial vehicle experience
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• A professional and reliable attitude

Shift pattern

• Early shifts
• Late shifts
• Rotating pattern available
