£21.50 – £22.50 per hour
Monday–Friday

We’re recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy general haulage operation in Grantham. This is a hands-on workshop role working across a mixed fleet, mainly DAF alongside Scania and Mercedes.

You’ll be carrying out general maintenance, servicing, inspections and repairs, with occasional breakdowns/local call-outs. Most work is workshop-based with very little call-out required.

Skills & Experience

  •   Fully qualified HGV Technician/Mechanic or time-served

  •   Experience working on HGVs and commercial vehicles

  •   Confident with servicing, repairs, inspections and fault finding

  •   Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety

  •   Reliable with good references

Job Details

  •   HGV Technician – Grantham

  •   £21.50–£22.50 per hour

  •   Monday–Friday

  •   Occasional Saturday overtime available

  •   Mainly DAF fleet, plus Scania & Mercedes

  •   Very little call-out work

  •   Class 1 licence desirable but not essential
