HGV Trailer Technician in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Logical Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Trailer Technician, HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or Heavy Vehicle Fitter to join a leading employer within the commercial vehicle sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that offers ongoing training, career development, and long-term stability. Both workshop-based and mobile technician positions are available.

The Role

• Inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair of trailers and commercial vehicles
• Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults
• Carrying out routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed to high industry standards
• Maintaining accurate service and repair records

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Trailer Technician, HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Fitter, or similar
• Trailer experience is advantageous but not essential
• Candidates from HGV, PSV, plant, agricultural, military vehicle, or heavy equipment backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Full driving licence preferred
