TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of mainstream primary schools across Wakefield and Bradford who require confident and experienced HLTAs. Our partner schools offer welcoming and supportive environments where staff work collaboratively to provide pupils with consistent and engaging learning experiences.

We are looking for an HLTA to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions becoming available within our schools. The successful HLTA will support teaching and learning across the primary age range, including delivering planned lessons, providing whole-class cover and supporting individual pupils and small groups when required.

The successful HLTA will have:

• HLTA qualification or relevant equivalent qualification
• Experience working within a primary school environment
• Experience delivering lessons and providing whole-class cover
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Strong communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
