Hire Controller

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

NEOS Engineering are working with a leading specialist in hydraulic attachments and construction equipment who are looking to appoint an experienced Hire Controller to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business supplying equipment into the demolition, construction, recycling and civil engineering sectors. You'll play a key role in ensuring the hire operation runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Manage hire enquiries, quotations and contracts.

• Coordinate deliveries, collections and off-hires.

• Liaise with the workshop to maximise fleet availability.

• Build strong customer relationships.

• Ensure all hire administration is completed accurately.

• Support the sales team and maximise hire opportunities.

• Previous experience as a Hire Controller or Hire Desk Controller.

• Background in Plant Hire, Hydraulic Attachments, Construction Equipment, Tool Hire or Powered Access.

• Strong organisational and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Up to £45,000 basic salary.
