We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold & shared ownership properties
- Handling service charge enquiries
- Investigating and resolving lease breaches
- Managing lease extensions alongside legal teams
- Advising on leasehold matters including assignments, consents & enfranchisement
- Strong experience in leasehold & shared ownership management
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord & Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022)
- Confident handling complex and sensitive cases
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
