Housing Officer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation based in Glasgow's Southside on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who can hit the ground running and deliver a high-quality service to tenants and residents.Your new role

• Managing a designated housing management patch
• Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections
• Managing tenancy sustainment and support activities
• Investigating anti-social behaviour complaints and taking appropriate action
• Managing rent arrears and income recovery cases
• Responding to tenancy-related enquiries and housing management issues
• Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for tenants

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working in a Housing Officer or Housing Management role
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management, ASB and arrears recovery
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
