Are you passionate about delivering excellent housing services and making a genuine difference to residents' lives?We're working with a respected housing provider in Cambridge who is looking to appoint a Housing Officer to manage a diverse housing patch and provide a high-quality tenancy management service. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll build strong relationships with residents, tackle complex housing issues, and help create thriving communities.

The Role

a Housing Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering an effective neighbourhood and tenancy management service, ensuring residents receive a responsive and customer-focused experience.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a designated patch of properties.
• Supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.
• Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour cases.
• Carrying out estate inspections and identifying improvements.
• Managing tenancy changes, successions and mutual exchanges.
• Working with internal teams and external agencies to support residents and communities.
• Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer or Housing Management role.
• Knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation.
• Experience managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering positive outcomes.
