Intensive Housing Management & Support Officer – Supported Housing

Location: Field-based across service locations

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility as required

We are looking for Intensive Housing Management & Support Officer’s to join our Adult Supported Housing team, providing person-centred, housing-related support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and supported living needs.

The Role

You'll work directly with residents to promote independence, safety and tenancy sustainment. Responsibilities will include:

Delivering planned Intensive Housing Management (IHM) and housing-related support.

Building positive, professional relationships with residents and recognising and escalating safeguarding, risk, tenancy sustainment or welfare concerns.

Supporting residents to maintain their tenancies and achieve agreed goals.

Contributing to support plans, assessments and reviews.

Maintaining accurate case notes and support records.

Working closely with colleagues, care providers and partner agencies.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Able to work on your own initiative, with strong situational thinking  ability

Some experience delivering social housing-related or community-based support.

A strong communicator who can build positive relationships and influence the right outcomes.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.

Open to feedback, training and learning new skills.

Have a Full UK Drivers Licence and access to your own transport

Motivated to develop and progress within the company as opportunities arise

You'll ideally have experience within supported housing, supported living, community support, mental health, learning disabilities, Health & Social Care, Social Housing,  or a similar environment. A relevant Level 3 qualification is beneficial, although equivalent experience will be considered. Further Housing/CIH or related qualifications are desirable – but not essential.
