Rate: £12.71 /hour PAYE | £16.88 hour Umbrella
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Housing Support Officer with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle complex tenant needs? We are currently recruiting for a full-time mobile Housing Support Officer to support vulnerable tenants across housing sites in North London.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored, person-centred support to residents living in temporary or supported accommodation
- Carry out regular property visits, welfare checks, and tenancy sustainment interventions
- Help residents access services for employment, benefits, mental health, and social support
- De-escalate challenging situations and manage behavioural concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately record casework and support plans
- Liaise with other teams including maintenance, mental health, and safeguarding professionals
- Previous experience in would be beneficial housing support, supported housing, or homelessness services
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
- Resilient, confident, and emotionally intelligent
