About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in London and Epsom.

This is a varied consultancy role involving a broad range of pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across residential, mixed-use, affordable housing, prime and super-prime developments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cost planning and feasibility estimates

  • Procurement and tendering

  • Preparing tender and contract documentation

  • Interim valuations and payment recommendations

  • Variations, cost reporting and cash-flow forecasting

  • Final account negotiations

  • Advising clients on commercial and contractual matters

  • Managing client relationships and project instructions

  • Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors

The role offers clear progression towards Associate Director and Director level.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a commercially aware and client-focused Quantity Surveyor with strong consultancy experience.

You should be confident managing projects, advising clients and delivering accurate, high-quality work across a varied portfolio.

Experience in residential, high-end refurbishment, mixed-use or development projects would be particularly beneficial.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related RICS-accredited discipline

  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership

  • Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience

  • Strong pre-contract and post-contract knowledge

  • Experience of cost planning, tendering, valuations and final accounts

  • Good knowledge of JCT contracts

  • Strong communication and client-management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
