As a Housing Support Officer, you'll empower vulnerable people to build independent, fulfilling lives. Salary
– £28,000 per annum pro rata
Location – Egham (Runnymede)
Full time – 37 hours per week

It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work as part of a team, supporting clients daily to resolve problems and reach positive outcomes, helping them meet their personalised support plans and connect with local community services. You'll also carry out housing management activities.

Your core responsibilities include:
  • Rent collection and tenancy management
  • Risk assessments and health and safety checks
  • Reporting maintenance issues
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can build non-judgmental, professional relationships with clients and communicate well with clients, peers and other agencies. You'll need basic numeracy and written communication skills (Maths and English GCSE/Level 4 or above, or equivalent), computer literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet, and the ability to manage your own time, work well as part of a team, undertake training, join the frontline on-call rota, and develop an understanding of safeguarding to help protect the adults and children who use Transform's services.

You must have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. An Enhanced DBS check is required before starting.
