Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator looking for an opportunity to develop your experience within HR?

We're looking for an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team based in Cambridge on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a varied role where you'll be one of the first points of contact for general HR enquiries, while supporting across recruitment, payroll, employee records and staff development.

In this varied role, you'll be:

• Supporting the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, preparing interview packs and coordinating pre-employment checks
• Preparing offers, contracts and HR correspondence
• Updating and maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system
• Supporting payroll administration including new starters, leavers, contract changes and absence information
• Coordinating new starter inductions and supporting staff development activities
• Responding to HR enquiries and providing a professional and helpful service
• Handling confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion
• Supporting the wider HR team with projects and process improvements
• And more!

If you're highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy, people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll need previous experience working within a busy administrative role, with HR experience highly desirable. You'll also need strong communication skills, confidence using Microsoft Office and databases, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience within HR, recruitment, payroll or staff development would be a real advantage.
