Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be representing a large, successful, and growing organisation that is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its expanding HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a varied workload, and is confident handling multiple employee relations cases simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both employees and managers while contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, capability issues, and absence management.
  • Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with various HR projects and business initiatives.
  • Reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring employee training compliance and ensuring mandatory training records remain up to date.
  • Building strong relationships with managers and supporting them with people-related matters.
  • Liaising with Trade Unions and attending meetings when required.
  • Assisting with HR audits and compliance activities.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including interviewing, onboarding, and inductions.
  • Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Assisting with workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing programmes.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects within the HR function.
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR administration when required.
  • Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with current employment legislation and company policies.

About You

  • Previous experience working within a HR Advisor or similar HR position.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident supporting managers at all levels of the business.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
