Working as part of a supportive HR team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, supporting both managers and employees while helping to drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, and leaver processes
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from managers and employees
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR documentation is up to date and compliant
  • Assisting with performance management processes, probation reviews, absence management, and employee relations matters
  • Supporting employee development initiatives and engagement activities across the business
  • Producing HR reports and management information to support decision-making
  • Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies
  • Contributing to ongoing HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

  • Previous experience within a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or HR Administration role
  • Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and current UK employment legislation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified, studying towards CIPD, or equivalent HR experience would be advantageous
