HR Advisor – Maternity Cover
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to employees and Line Managers, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people-related matters.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures in line with business requirements and employment legislation.
- Monitor and analyse HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across areas such as absence, employee relations, recruitment and retention.
- Support organisational change and workforce planning activities
- Build strong relationships across the site, working collaboratively with managers and employees
HR Advisor – Maternity Cover
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong experience working at HR Advisor level
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable but not needed
