Description

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide practical solutions.
  • Support learning and development activities within the organisation.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in providing advice on employee relations matters.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £37,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position based in Manchester.
  • 5 days in the office.
