HR Advisor
Recruitment Solutions Workforce (RSW) are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading manufacturing business based in Blaenau Gwent.

The Role
As HR Advisor, you'll provide professional HR support across the business, ensuring best practice, legal compliance and positive employee relations while helping managers achieve operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers.
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Coach and support managers on people-related matters.
- Assist with organisational change and HR projects.
- Build effective working relationships across multiple sites.
- Support a unionised manufacturing workforce.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor.
- Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Previous experience working with a unionised workforce.
- Strong employee relations knowledge.
- Good understanding of UK employment law.
- CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Willingness to travel to other UK sites when required.
