We're working with a successful and well-respected Commercial Main Dealership in the Bicester area that is looking to add a customer-focused Service Advisor to its busy aftersales team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the service journey
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated
• Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
• Managing job progress and communicating repair recommendations
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve team objectives

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £34,000 basic salary
• Bonus scheme
• Monday to Friday, 44.5 hours (alternating shifts)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am – 12:00pm)
