HR Advisor in Kingswinford

SF Partners is recruiting an HR Advisor to cover maternity leave for 12 months. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, as a stand alone HR Advisor you will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries and take responsibility for employee relations, HR administration and support with payroll processing.

12 month maternity cover
Location: Kingswinford | Salary: £40,000
Site based Monday to Friday (free parking available)

Key responsibilities:
• Administer PeopleHR, including holidays, expenses, sickness records and reporting.
• Support recruitment, from preparing job specifications through to onboarding and offboarding.
• Support investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Monitor sickness absence across the group, identify triggers and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Manage redundancy processes
• Update HR policies and track mandatory training.
• Support organisational structure updates.
• Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Arrange accommodation bookings and provide fleet support.
