  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to offer and onboarding
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries and workplace conflicts
  • Supporting managers with practical HR advice and guidance
  • Managing and improving the performance review process
  • Identifying training and development requirements across the workforce
  • Supporting payroll and administering employee benefits
  • Ensuring HR policies and processes remain compliant with employment legislation

  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, surveys and company events
  • Championing the organisation's culture, values and commitment to employee wellbeing and safety

You'll ideally have experience in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR policy and employment legislation, but just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys building strong relationships with people at all levels.

You'll be comfortable working independently, using your HR knowledge to provide pragmatic advice, while also being happy to get involved and make things happen.

Why Join?

This is a genuinely flexible opportunity with a business that values its people and has retained a strong family culture throughout its 50+ year history.

You'll benefit from:

  • 4 days working from home and just 1 day onsite
