Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive dealership located in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy aftersales team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary package and excellent career prospects.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £30,500, depending on experience
  • Bonus scheme with earning potential of £35,000+ OTE
  • 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm on a rota

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Assisting in daily operation of the Parts Department
  • Supplying parts efficiently to workshop and retail customers
  • Processing customer orders accurately and aiming for same-day completion
  • Receiving deliveries, booking stock in, and managing returns
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and reporting discrepancies to the Parts Manager
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and face-to-face
  • Supporting workshop with parts requirements and vehicle health checks administration
  • Delivering exceptional customer service consistently
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade 
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Good IT and administrative abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
