Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Assistant on behalf of a well-established organisation within the children's services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy HR team in Coventry.

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

• Supporting recruitment from application through to onboarding
• Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
• Processing DBS checks and references
• Maintaining accurate HR systems and personnel records
• Providing general HR administration support

About You:

• Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
• CIPD Level 3 desirable
