My client, a purpose-driven and growing organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team for a 90-day period.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial HR experience who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and supporting organisational change, culture and business development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and support organisational and cultural change programmes
- Provide expert HR advice and constructive challenge on complex people matters
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational development
- Coach and develop managers and senior leaders
- Identify and manage people-related risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
- Work collaboratively with the wider P&C team to deliver an effective HR service
Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a commercial environment
- Strong organisational change and transformation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on employee experience
- Confident coaching and advising senior leaders
Package
- £350 - £400 per day Outside IR35
- 35-hour working week
- Fully remote
