As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to join their team on a part-time basis.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad HR remit while becoming the organisation's lead iTrent specialist, helping to drive efficiencies, system improvements, and best practice across the people function.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategic HR partnering, employee relations, project work, recruitment support, payroll oversight, and HR systems leadership.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on HR support with project delivery, systems improvement, and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention.
- Act as the organisation's iTrent Subject Matter Expert, providing system support, training, troubleshooting, testing and continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation, optimisation and ongoing development of Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Onboarding modules within iTrent.
- Manage system upgrades, improvements, data integrity and user adoption initiatives.
- Support recruitment activity, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate journey.
- Develop and enhance onboarding processes to deliver an engaging new starter experience.

- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes and employee experience.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing balanced and commercially focused solutions.
- Deliver coaching and training to managers on employment legislation, HR policies and HR systems.
- Produce HR reports and insights to support informed business decisions.
We are looking for a confident and experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and making a tangible impact within a business.
