Profile

• Proven track record operating at Business Partner level within a contracting environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases effectively.
• Skills in data analysis and using HR systems or tools.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
