HR Business Partner (Temp) - Near Heathrow Immediate Start | 3-6 Month Contract

Our client, a fast-paced international organisation based near Heathrow, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis with an immediate start.

This is a hands-on role supporting managers across a busy operational environment, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational change, absence management, and workforce planning. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven HR Business Partner experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong employee relations and case management expertise
• Ability to influence and coach managers at all levels
• CIPD qualified (preferred)
• Available to start immediately or at short notice

Location: Near Heathrow (hybrid working available) Contract: Temporary, 3-6 months Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
