As an HR Coordinator in the healthcare industry based in Birmingham, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating HR processes, and assisting in maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.

Client Details

A healthcare organisation based in Birmingham, our client is industry leading and now seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a 12 Month FTC.

Description

  • Manage HR administration processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing professional and confidential support.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, arranging interviews, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support new starters throughout the onboarding and induction process.
  • Monitor mandatory training, compliance requirements, right-to-work checks, DBS renewals, and workforce records.
  • Maintain employee attendance and sickness absence records.
  • Assist with employee relations processes, including note-taking and meeting administration.
  • Coordinate training programmes, professional development activities, and compliance reporting.
  • Produce HR and training reports to support managers and senior leaders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function.

Profile

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

  • Experienced in an HR administration, HR coordination, or recruitment support role.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop within HR.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £27,200 to £30,800, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Fixed-term contract with potential for further opportunities.
