Established for over a decade, this HR Consultancy is a growing small business and due to ongoing success, are now seeking to engage a new HR Coordinator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day business.
Reporting to Senior HR Consultant and Founder, alongside the HR Advisors supporting their client casework and service delivery.
Working remotely, the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
To thrive in this role, you will be able to demonstrate key areas below:
Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience of HR administration or coordination role, including recruitment onboarding processes, pre-employment screening checks and coordinating offboarding processes
- Experience of managing multiple administrative processes and maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems
- Experience of working remotely
- Experience of using HR software systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional and sensitive manner
- Have an ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with a client focussed approach
- Competent user of Microsoft office packages
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience of working within HR consultancy or professional services environment
- Experience of supporting multiple clients
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification
- Experience of payroll and invoicing processes

- Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (or Full Time)
- Remote and flexible working with monthly co-working and/or regular team meets (depends on location)
- Salary: £28,000 -£30,000 FTE
- 25 days annual leave in addition to the usual bank holidays (pro-rated to equivalent working hours)
