HR Manager (22.5 hours per week) - 12 month FTC

HR Manager Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Advising on employee relations issues across multiple European countries to ensure fair and compliant resolutions.
- Overseeing payroll processes, particularly across different jurisdictions, to deliver accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborating with the Senior People Manager to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with current regulations and best practices.
- Building strong relationships with employees and managers to promote a supportive work environment.
- Working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving department.
HR Manager Rewards

HR Manager Experience Essentials
- Proven experience in a broad HR generalist or HR management role.
- Strong background in employee relations, with confidence managing cases independently.
- Experience overseeing payroll, ideally for multi-country operations is desireable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Adaptability to change, ambiguity, and an evolving department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting or mentoring others within HR or payroll functions.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and European employment considerations is highly desireable.
Location
Based in a flexible work environment with a requirement to be in the office on Tuesdays. The role supports hybrid working, with the office accessible by various transport options and parking available nearby.
