The Opportunity:
As an HR Manager, you'll play a key role in:
- Leading employee relations, providing expert advice and ensuring HR best practice.
- Coaching managers, supporting organisational change and strengthening leadership capability.
- Driving recruitment, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Developing learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Improving HR policies, processes and people strategies to support business objectives.
About You:
We're looking for someone who can bring:
- CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent HR qualification.
- Strong generalist HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confidence managing complex employee relations and organisational change.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and developing people initiatives.
- An approachable, commercially aware and proactive working style.
