I’m recruiting an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a manufacturing business on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly get under the skin of the HR operation, bring structure and consistency, and make sure the day-to-day service is running as it should.

The role will cover:

• Leading and developing the HR operations team

• Ensuring a consistent and effective HR service across the business

• Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and ways of working

• Managing HR systems, data and reporting

• Supporting complex employee relations matters where required

• Improving efficiency and identifying areas where processes can be simplified

• Working closely with the wider HR team and operational stakeholders

I’m looking for someone with strong HR operations experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment. Previous manufacturing experience would be particularly useful.
