Established in 1986 and marking 40 years in business, they combine a strong track record in specialist manufacturing with opportunities for continued development and growth.
Operating two wafer fabrication facilities from their Glenrothes site, Semefab manufactures semiconductor devices, integrated circuits and miniature sensors used across the automotive, medical, industrial, energy, security and consumer markets. About you
You will be an experienced HR generalist who is comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the HR function. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technology or a similar SME environment would be valuable.
Semefab places particular importance on practical experience, sound judgement and the ability to earn the trust of managers and employees. A CIPD qualification is welcome but is not essential.
