The Role:
HR Manager
This is a varied and hands-on HR role based in either Ney Jersey or Chicago working Monday - Friday, typical office hours.
Both sites have 30-45 members of staff, which is likely to expand.
You will be dealing with:
- Full HR responsibility for the office - New Jersey or Chicago
- Payroll and Visas
- Contractors, Temporary staff and recruitment
- Employee liaison, policies, contracts, child support and workers compensation
The Person:
- A current HR Manager OR an aspiring HR professional looking for variety and more responsibility.
- Chinese or Spanish speaking - fluent
Experience of working within one of the following sectors (essential):
- Logistics
- Supply Chain
- Warehousing
- Manufacturing
We are looking for an excellent communicator and people person with at least 3 years HR experience.

Our client is offering a basic salary of $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
