Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an HR Services Co-ordinator at our Chichester campus. You will join us on a full-time, fixed-term basis to provide secondment cover. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,431–£26,972 per annum.

As our HR Services Co-ordinator, you will:
- Work with managers to ensure the effective recruitment and selection of staff for the Group.
- Provide advice on the Group’s recruitment processes and other general HR queries.
- Provide an efficient and customer focused service.

What you will bring to the role as our HR Services Co-ordinator:
- Experience working in a Human Resources department or recruitment team.
- Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
- Have recent experience of employment contract preparation and knowledge of HR databases.
